@KT: nice UI man, it looks good. Similar to mine except I use the default blizzard unit frames since I never really look at them anyway with my 24" monitor (hurts the neck lol). Here's a nice little rogue mod that I've had for quite a while... you might find it useful if you don't already us it or a variant. It's called poisonpouch. Basically a button attaches to your minimap and said button allows you to select and poison your equipt weapons with whatever poisons your have in your bags.

My new UI is all just flash. If something breaks I will go back to the default and my playing wont really be effected at all. I finally have a computer that can handle all the mods so I might as well have fun customizing my UI.
About the only mods i consider MUST HAVES are Advanced Bags Plus (which is in a buggy state atm) and Auctioneer. Hardly game breaking lol

If you know what you're doing with addons (Read: Know how to not break them (Read: Don't go too manical on them)) I recommend Pitbull. It's still in BETA, but has had most of the first bugs removed and some other crap I've forgotten.

For buffs I like ElkBuffBar. Its similar to CT's, but better imo.
And for Jord, who was looking to move buffs and debuffs around, Buffalo works fairly well.
