I just paid 42.50 gold for Journeyman Riding and 8.50 gold for a Reins of the Swift Frostsaber and after I click on it to learn now I have the same old cat I had befor I spent all that money where the ride I paid for
Click on your character tab and goto the pets tab, then up at the top click on mounts. All your mounts should be there and the Swift Frostsaber should be listed. Drag that out onto your bars and you should be able to use it from there.
Punctuation marks are overrated anyways.

if a person is frustraited enough by a problem to go through the trouble of creating an Alla account just to ask a question I think its a little harsh to sub-default them but thats just my opinion lack of punctuation and prolonged run on sentence to show my support for OP

Assuming the rates carry over from his original post when it was moved, I'd assume a lot of that came from people annoyed that he posted his question on the Site and Forum Feedback forum, which is frequented by people from not just here, but the FFXI and other forums. I'm guessing your protest is likely not necessary. I get the feeling Mazra was only teasing the newb.

I got the feeling from the original post, considering where he originally posted it, that he was unhappy with a service provided by Blizzard and came here, thinking this was the official World of Warcraft forum (it's not), to voice his discontent.
This wasn't all just pulled out my rear, but was in fact given heavy consideration after having read the following part of the original post:
I believe what he's trying to communicate is something along the lines of "Why did you cheat me of my ride?" which seems to be directed at the creators and developers of the game, not the fellow players. Had it been directed at us, I would've hoped his wording had been something more like:

At least he used some capital letters. (And there was SOME "punctuation"--the decimal points in the prices he paid.)
