Thinking of Upgrading my Graphics CardFollow

Refer to title

In any case I have a Radeon 4800 HD series graphics card, have had it since....2009 I believe. I play a lot of games on my PC when I'm not goofing around on the ol' 360. WoW, SW:TOR, Minecraft, Starcraft II, The Sims 3, and a few old-school games from the 2003-2005 era. (Lookin at you NWN 2)

Here is what I am considering EVGA GeForce GTX460 1 GB Superclocked GDDR5 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card, which is priced around $200 if anyone would be kind enough to list some alternatives that would at least be an upgrade to what I have around at most $200 that'd be greatly appreciated. Kinda wanna prep for the next couple of years down the road.

I run Windows XP still gonna upgrade to 7 at some point down the road too but so long as I can support Direct X11 among other things that'll be fine. I can play WoW know on high settings at around 40-60 fps but SW:ToR i have to lower the settings to medium and in some cases I see texture bugs from it not rendering properly or in the case of Rift when I was playing that I had to play on the minimum settings just to run the thing (still looked good but it was laggy as all get out.)

*Edit*

This is my 2nd choice in terms of affordable graphics cards HIS Radeon HD 6850, again just looking at some affordable ones don't exactly know what would be a full on upgrade for me though.
