Carpentry?Follow

What is or what will carpentry be for? I have heard that if might be or is staff making but that does not make a lot of sense to me. I figured it would be called whittling or something like that. I am hoping that it is for some sort of house building and guild building. Reason I think this way is because when I was wondering around connecting up all my coachmans I saw random open spaces in the middle of forrest and areas that look like something should be there yet were empty.

ya it lets u make bows and staffs. I thought it would b 4 house making, but then i thought there would b 2 many ppl making houses in the middle of fay and stuff. Also, there isnt much purpose for a house.

I would say carpentry would make clubs, bows, staffs ,and wands. I also believe that it would use weapon gems and have it's own rare gems like tailoring does.
