anyone know a sitte or can simply explain how to change text colors of housing and the such?

type this before a sentence. \#ff0000 or \#eeff00 anything like this will change colors. experimnet to find cool colors

if i remember right they stopped people from being able to color the names of itmes they crafted,but i have seen alot more of this recently,did someone find a way to do it again?
