Rebel Installation questionFollow

Is there anywhere I can find info on a rebel installation? I seem to have inherited one and am wonderign about the resources donated. What is needed? What are they used for? Does donating different types of item (hides, metals etc) effect the structure or the group surrounding it? Thanks!
