Hi im a bh and yesturday i got ivestigation 1 and i took a bh mission and went to my spynet operativ and he told we whoo im not got enough xp to find your target find a more xp ed operator ? so wher do i find him ? the one i use is in mos entha in tatooine dose eany one know a better one in tatoooine ?? thx thx bye bye

They can usually be found in any NPC city, in Mos Eisley there is a SpyNet Operative by the Mos Eisley Cantina. You may want to try there. Im not a BH so you will just have to look around. Also you may want to try and look up the Spynet Ops here on this site by clicking :Search Locations down on the sidebar...
