Does anyone else think that pets are getting out of hand?

Every starport is now jurassic park (which slows my machine down no end as peopel think that starport=creature school).

The bottom line is when you group with someone whose pet completely blocks your line of sight and dwarfs even a skyscraper. To me thats stupid. I tried a sharnaff hunt yesterday and just such asituation arose. I and someone else made a comment when the camp was completely blocked by the backside of a reptile that would intimidate a brontosaurus.

I left the group in the end becuase it was unplayable, this was a shame, but i am not putting myself in that situation again. Perhaps something needs to be done, the world and his wife are playing as creature handlers and its turning the star wars universe into the land that time forgot.
