Account/Card problemFollow

Hey
Anyone having problems playing the game. As of Friday (Feb 6)It says that I gotta get an account, when I already have one. When I go though the subscription, I get a message saying "Credit card rejected, but due to system problems." Is this my problem (My computer) or is this a problem for the dev's?
