I looted a pair of these and they semmed to do nothing, so i sold them. Do they actually do anything? They sold for 50k, so obviously people think they do something. Any help appreciated.

Rumor is that they help your rolls...that's all that I know of. Whether the rumor is true or not, I can't say.
I looted some dice... and did a test roll of 25 rolls, without the dice. Rolled again 25 times with the dice...
No difference that I could detect.

Test rolls brought up no different results for me either.
