Theres been a new all.all robe popping up around in highpass and arcadin.
Its a blue robe and I have seen it about four seperate times so far.
Dont know the name of it or any other information except that some spirits at phantoms dropped it.
Anyone have some more information they could share?

I believe it is the Spirit Talkers Robe, or something like that. That is all I know on it sorry :(
Yea its the Spitit talkers robe, but its not all/all, Casters can't use this robe.

As of yesterday it dosnt drop anymore...it was an all/all robe and it dropped off a rare spawn and regular spirits as I can tell at phantoms.
