There are way too many factors that should be considered when evaluating pets to claim that one pet/combination is "the best" without gross oversimplification. That being said, you're probably looking for a BE pet. With bioengineering, an experienced (and patient) player can weed out the resistances and HAM points that you don't want in order to get you the most bang for your clvl buck.
