Now I understand I have to make some of the components for some of the weapons and driods that I make, but I seem to be missing the schems I need to make everything. Do I need a station to craft these missing items or another crafter. I'm a DE...a noob DE too boot so take it easy on me. Although I'm selling my swoops like crazy....can't make them fast enough. I put 25 up for sale within a day I had 1. Good stuff or right price..but it's making me creds, which is better than most of the guides I have read have told me. If you want an itemized list of what I can not make....let me know. Working for it is ok....working for it and not getting it...not ok(SOE Way). Should I be doing Terminal missions more? Are there special quests out there for Traders that I am missing?...have to know where to look for them first. Anyway I would like to start making R5 and R4 units, but I don't know how to make "Manipulator Arm Package Set" and a couple other missing things. I don't know....you tell me.

Well some items are aquired through looting which means you should get a combat toon to follow legacy because you should get a lot of componets by the time your done. Some items must be crafted by other crafters and some are optional (meaning they are most likely no longer in the game). But I never played DE so can't help you much.
Make sure you read each schem in your datapad, some require using a crafting station, some you get as you level up. Since you said you are a noob crafter I am assuming you are a very low level. One piece of advice that I have is to go here http://www.rpgexpert.com/765.html and use this macro to fly through the crafting process, it's not an afk macro but it speeds up the process of the most boring grind in the game, the trader grind /shutters. Also, you might want to respec to structure trader just for the level up process, the gungan heads they make give the most xp, then when you are a master just respec back to DE.

Thank you for the macro....but I have been doing it the hard way...I'm at 40lvl....I was a resource ho....(can I still say that?) when I started. I bought and sampled for hours. Got personal extractors and now I'm on to the Heavy mining units. I do have one other question...how do I use a fusion reactor..I have one but don't know where to place it. I crafted extractors and swoops for a week. Now I'm on to droids....Thank you...I found that I just wasn't high enough level to have schem for all the parts. Now I'm freaking building the driods....thats where the macro comes in. Been playing with them cause a Vet told me I should become proficient with macros to survive in SWG. Not true...but they have been real helpful....I'm old school...I remap keys to do what I want, but now the time has come to come kicking and screaming into the 21st centry. I have decorated my houses using them. I have been wanting to try them with crafting. I have looked through the section on this site and have a few ideas...still having issues figuing out what is pre and post NGE....but then again I just plain have issues anyway..lol. So let get this right anything before 06 is Pre-NGE correct? Doesn't really matter I'm just stoked to be creating all the stuff I have made and modified.....learned how to attach attachments to weapons and cloths today. Today has been a very good day in the learning process of a noob. Thats what I dig about this game. We just gotta figure out how to stop SOE from using it as "inflate a date".

Hmm, not sure what a fusion reactor is... is it DE specific or something? maybe a gas resource harvey, I dont remember... anyone else know?
No it's not DE specific. It another form of energy production. I think it using radioactive materials, but I was trying to get conformation. Thank you.
