FYI there is no OOT forum specific to a general forum. OOT gets it all. Which is why most of my OOT stays in WoW general.

4 gigs of mp3s....dyamn. My single music folder has 118 mb of songs, and msot of that is when I sporadically decided to downlaod the Silent Hill OST. I have about 50 mb of real music on my computer. I've never been big into music, and don't have any ambient noise when I play games or browse online.

Only 4 gigs? Pffft, I have almost 20 atm and it grows quite frequently. Of course, of that I actually only regularly listen to maybe 2gigs... I have a lot of movie/game/tv OSTs so most of the songs are "filler" or "background" songs. About half of my collection is actually the complete (that I know of atm) Final Fantasy collection, movies included.

50MB of "real" (uncompressed or .wav files) music is about one song... non-mp3 music takes about 10MB of space per minute of stereo audio...

and 4GB of mp3's... be happy you're not moving my collection around! I have a bunch of albums ripped as MP3s for listening to here at work...iTunes tells me it's currently occupying 40.68GB of space on the drive and runs to 7191 songs or 19.9 days of listening time! Thank God for massive hard drives!

I remember when I got my Zune for Xmas I had to pick and choose what I really wanted to have along... I stopped loading at around 15 or 20GB so I would have some room for video...

In any case, it sucks to have to juggle data no matter how much there is... I feel your pain...
