Hey everyone, I just hit level 12 and I'm trying to get this quest done, Haunted Lands. On this site, http://lotroquests.com , it says
that I can get it at level 12, but the guy still won't give me the quest. :[

Maybe I should just come back when I level again? -.-, anyone else have this problem? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

first are you an elf? second, yes i recall doing that quest but you may have other tasks to do before that quest is available...that site is not very clear.
if it says level 12 though and that npc has a Gold ring on his head you should be able to grab the quest though (grey rings mean you've outleveled the quest...silveer means youre not high enough level to get it yet)

That quest is part of a string of quests with Glamir. If you haven't done the first few legs of the quest, you won't get this one.
The quest string begins in either Celondim or Duinden, I don't remember which. I do remember running back and forth to Glamir many times.
