Xbox360????

I would think with the amount of time it took them to make the RPG and the lack of titles on the 360, that this might have been an avenue investigated sooner than later on this platform since a few of the upcoming PC games will be on the Xbox. I just was wondering if any rumors of this were out there to let them cash in on the RPG crowd that was tired of playing FFXI or WOW.

well In order for them to got to XBOX360 the need to change the hole UI to fit a gaming console and be similar to FFXI that is multi platform. So I do not think they ever do that and as for now MMO's is dominated in the PC still.

Well according to the faqsthere are no immediate plans to make it available to the consoles.

With FFXI, the trasition to Xbox360 was kind of easy since it was originaly created to work on both pc and consoles. With this game there would be so much re-codding and whatnot they would have to do to make it work. I don't think they would see it being worth the effort.

Unless they make a XBOX compatible mouse, though you can get by most things with short cut keys (my saitek eclipse keyboard is XBOX compatible. :D)

It's not impossible, just don't think they have any plans for it.

I could see this happening, but not now. The game was just released for the PC. No expansions are even out yet. Give it a couple years. :P

I highly doubt it will happen. The only reason FFXI ever got released for the 360 is because it didn't require totally overhauling the game. The reason it didn't require a total overhaul was because it was already designed for a console.

I suppose in a couple years there is a small possibility, but in general if games are coming out in multiple platforms they are designed that way from the start. Companies normally don't like to totally redo game elements like would be needed to make it playable on the 360.
