Is there PvP out in the world? Or is it all PvE?

Sort of pvp. It's MvP; monster versus player. IIRC you cannot enter Ettenmoors until 50? Not sure of the level now. And you can fight monsters that are actually played by real people. It's monster play that you can access at level 10 at any fell scrying pool. Best part of the game!

As for the level to get into ettenmores... I think I heard 40 somewhere, but why would you want to go there then considering that all the monster players start at 50? Can't hit them at all, and will be free rank points or whatever.
