As anyone that plays the Hagley server knows. A flagger would give you the ability to give speedy Exp, and both path spells at lvl 60. Unfortunately due to harrasment around the flagger (no names) this has been removed. This pissed about every guild that was on that server into a riot!
BUT WAIT!!
THE CORE GUILD IS SAYING THAT THE FLAGGER HAS JUST BEEN MOVED! that means u find the flagger and you can still get these things. im getting some guilds to search for the flagger day by day in every zone's nook and crany.

lol Truefaith you crack me up man. Just leave hagley and come back home to Marrs Fist because the Flagger is gone for everyone that isnt in the core guild. The Flagger was Indeed moved but it is moved in NE Mountain Boundary (GM land and Guide Land AKA Guide Zone) You cannot get in this zone without a Summon (GM only ability) so..forget hagley come back home.
