Ok, i have my trader. hes lvl 23, and is in structures.
couple questions:
1: how do i make houses, equipment factory's ETC? it says i need "similar wall modules" and other "similar" things. i believe im ment to make those out of an equipment factory, but am not sure if im right, or how exactly to do so, in a time and money saving way.
2: what is reverse engineering, and how do i do it? is it helpful, or just a waste of money.
3: whats the best way to make money as a structures trader as far as selling things ive made goes, other than /tipping with my alt.

well, reverse engineering works differant for structures traders, they reverse engineer ship parts, which i think you need to make a reverse engineering tool, then reverse engineer ship parts of the same level in it.
1. You are corrcet...you are going to need factory crates of those items. If you are not high enough level to create factories you will have to buy them.
2. Reverse engineering you do need a tool. They are fairly cheap so that not so much a waste for money. You as a strurture trader reverse eng. ship parts. You can only RE the same level of parts for the level you are and lower. The number of part you can put into a RE tool is also detemined by your tier of trader you are. A waste of time and money...not really you can create better parts it takes the best of of all the parts you put in the tool and combine them into one part, also the more you do it the higher chance you will get the schems for the KSE Firespray(Slave1)...if you haven't noticed they sell a crazy high price because of this.
3. My sturcture trader make his money by crafting ships and ship parts. They sell very well on the server(Tempest)he is on. You can also create buildings...they sell very well to but take more effort, time and resources to craft. You might want to look in this sites section for crafting macros, that will help with building crafting.
This is all info I have gotten from experience...if someone has more to add, be my guest...I'm working with a hang over and I'm a bit fuzzy in the head right now.
