So I bought the base game and the 3 expansions the other day. I have an account from 2 years ago. So got everything started up again and I'm trying to level up my lvl 2 Pally. Everything is loaded up. So I go to the end of the dock and board the ship and get kicked off saying I need access.
How and where do I get access.

I can only guess you are referring to the PC version of the game, probably EQ2. This forum is for EQoA, the PS2 console version of EQ. The games are very different.
