I am a master Doc / Combat Medic, when I left a while ago (well after the NGE came out), they nurfed the ability to craft medical supplies (like Stim-Packs).
Does anyone know who can craft these, and what class is needed to do it?
Otherwise what can a medical person craft that is useful.
