Rage of the Wookies troubleFollow

Each time I try to purchase Rage of the Wookies, it tells me that I either already have it (which I definitely don't), or that I have an open order. What the hell does this mean? I sent Station an email requesting help around a week ago, but haven't gotten a reply, so I'm turning to the forums here. I'm level 50 and I've got just about nothing to do... any help would be appreciated to no extent.
