Leave Bree and head north. When you reach the hill on your right with the orc camps (the one right by the road, not the one way up the hill with the path), swing right (east), go up the hill and it's slightly southeast from there.

Another landmark you can use is "Saeradan's Cabin".
As you travel up the road from the East Gate in Bree, you will see it come up on your right (parallel to and across the road from Thornley's farm).
When you reach it, angle to your right and head up the hill. When you see the festival grounds in front of you turn to your left and head across the open ground until you reach the farms.
