Hello I am new to this game and i was wondering what server to choose i just don't want to fall on a overpopulated server or worse a server with no one on it. anyone got some suggestion ?

All the server's populations are about the same right now. Newbie areas are a little more sparse then they were a month ago, but thats to be expected.
