1 Player Controling 6 ToonsFollow

Can someone explain to me what I saw during gaming today. I saw one person controling 6 seprate toons. Now if he is paying for the accounts it's not a big issue to me...it's his money, but I pretty sure he's using the trial version. I think he was going to spam various starports...but this struck me as wrong. Not sure if it's against the ELUA...but it's defintely not right...or least in my book. This is the reasoning....I noticed that they were all Ent and all 90lvl. No badges, not any other questing exp. So this leads me to believe that he is AFK grinding and spamming. Now I have a pretty beefy gaming rig...a bonus of my profession. One step back off of cutting edge...but when I step off into a starport...the speech bubbles are killing my frame rate. None of the other graphicly intensive games I play...Stalker, Half Life 2, Oblivion, BF2, Neverwinter Night 2, Dark Messiah don't chug like this game does when I step out of a starport. So this is a sore point for me...and down right irritating. Is there a recourse for me when I see this or will I be ignored by SOE? Is this against the EULA or some kind of unwritten rule of gaming? If it's not...it should be...it's wrong on several levels. Anyway...Thats my *****..and if someone can actually answer those questions...cool...if you are one of those that does what I have explained...sorry....I think it's wrong.

yes its against the rules of the eula blah blah blah blah, but you know what the only people i ever heard of being banned for it wern't even credit farmers they jsut happened to be in the area at the time

(oh and just for added humour value one of them had actually reported the credit farmers and was hanging around to see what happened, go figure)

I remember there was this chap on Bria named zzzardozzz or something, all his alts were in stormtrooper armour, followed him around the place too, probably would have been unstoppable too.

I believe the devs on the last stratics chat said they were going to address the credit farmer situation in an upcoming hot fix... i hope so.

I believe, as of yesterday or the day before, Trial accounts can no longer leave the station for just this purpose. Its spose to be a temp fix but untill they figure out a better way to stop the cred spammers this is what it is.

On another note, when i use to play over a year ago, i ran 2 accounts at the same time.

I have 2 puters, and no i didnt macro or have any 3rd party stuff goin on.. I played a MTKA/Almost master Beast handler and my second toon was a master dancer/master Doc. In Pvp, it wasnt worth trying to run both at the same time, or at least for me cause the action was too fast/too much lag and alot of moving around. But my Doc would be parked nearby to buff and heal and stuff lol.

Ive been playin MMO's since EQ first came out an after 6 months ive played 2 toons just about the whole time since. EQ, EQ2, SWG...My second puter atm needs a mother lol.. so im one boxing it for now. I played WoW for awhile with one box too, so i might not even 2 box anymore at all who knows.

But all that aside, sombody farming to sell creds is just wrong.

not really, its not so much command via /macros, just the in built follow command then auto attack my target for the combat i beleive. Plus in PVP you would have to duel all 6 of them.

Ok they could run as back up on auto attack in restuss, but the lag would kill them!

And yeah it would have to be 6 seperate accounts toget them all on to one server you can only have 2 toons per server and 4 on tc prime.

I dont think you need to worry about them dominating pvp, most people who run 6 seperate accounts with level 90 ents are credit farmers who do missions from player citys then sell the credits. If you think about it with 6 toons you can make like 48k per mission run each of which takes a short time. Thats a lot of credits which they can sell to cover the cost of 6 accounts plus make profit.

This isnt the work of credit farmers. This is the brainchild of a bizarre north korean experiment conducted on a 7 armed korean youth by ex-**** sympathizers.

The 7th "arm" is totally independent, and is used for play star craft simultaneously with SWG.

and he plays on all the servers.
