How about we cut the profs down to say 4. ENT CRAFTER, 2 combats, we take expertise away, we let them all use the same weapons and armour, and give them all pretty much the same attacks.
Oh yeah we pretty much tried that already and rest of us didn't much like it.
And if you don't care what we think WTF you doing here still crying???

P.S when you grow up and get out in the real world, you might find its always better to try and raise yourself to what you persive to be the higher position of others, than try and drag others down to your level. One way may get you a pay rise, better working conditions, a better job! or may be even just a little respect. The other on the other hand, Will just get you beaten up in the car park every night for the rest of your life and hated or worse yet leads to things like the NGE. You might wanna sit and think about that. Not telling you how to live your life, just putting another option out there for you.

This is the reason why I am not going to reduce JediForge from douche to meatbag, if I wanted a better payrise in the office I systematically remove all threats to my career, lifeform or not, literally.

I usually just read thru forums. But the irritating whining of the thread creator calls for a response which I call "How to spot a noob that need to LEARN TO PLAY!!!!!"
1) If you see a officer that thinks he can out whip out his trusty sword and out melee a jedi because he put points in expertise. You have spotted a noob.
2) If a spy thinks he doesn't need cloak or stealth to kill and stand toe to toe with a jedi or commando. You have spotted a noob.
3) If any player thinks pvp is only spamming his best three attacks over and over till something dies. You have spotted a noob.
4) If any player belives saber block is on 100% of the time with no cooldown. You have spooted a noob.
5) And most important. If a person comes into any forum complaining how "insert class" kicked his backside to the cloning chamber to cry nerf. And expect any sympathy. You have spotted a noob that needs to LEARN TO PLAY THEIR CLASS!!!

I admit this tread is stupid... But damn give it a rest already.. You do know Opinions are the right of every human on this planet and if I said something to offend your Jedi then O'well thats life. I have already admitted this tread was a little off could of went about it a different way and in the eyes of some I might be a newb .. But I still have a CL 90 Mando I lvl myself and a CL 50 Spy I lvled my self I am still learning about the game. I am a huge Starwars fanatic and know Jedi are supposed to be Uber bad asses. But I also know the Galaxy setting was in a time period where there is hardly any Jedi around and if there was a Jedi he wasnt going to parade around in his cloak and use his glowstick in front of the Imperials it would be complete stupidity if it was true story telling. But like all games kids play them and with out understanding any of the lore or story around Starwars.. "Ignorance is Bliss"

And its still my opinion I would even go as far as saying Jedi dont belong in this game unless you went to the darkside. And even if you went to the lightside of the force you would have to keep it a secret or a Bounty Hunter could openly hunt your ***. Keep it real.. Right now it just a game with a bunch of starwars toons running around. I like to roleplay and I really cant do that with that one or two smart *** kid running around with his glowstick.. If you want to know the real newbs in the game look at your self only a newb plays Jedi for they have no clue about the lore of this game and if they do again "Ignorance is Bliss"
I started out as a Jedi I had no clue what time period this game was set at untill I played it for a while I got a clue like 4 days into the game and went mando I went Jedi again at 90 for 1 week to see what the hype of being a Jedi was about its nothing great.. So went back to mando. I still want to try out Bounty Hunter which I might respec to that this weekend.
And for those how want to tell me to grow up and shut up.. I have been around just as long as Starwars has I grew up with it I am not ******* about the game play it great thats why I play it. Explain your malfunction to me ... I said if there where Jedi after the perge they where not going around waving there glowsticks infront of the Imperials Jedi in the games time period where criminals and outcasts and had to stay hidden. Hence Obi-Wan became a hermit to watch over Luke and Yoda fled to the outerrim to uncharted planet.

What I love is that JediForge tries getting off the hook for posting this topic, ITS A FORUM!! Forum - latin for market place, town square, common place of gossip and discussion among Roman citizens, you throw your opinion on us yet we can't voice ours? Wow ''JediForge'', your the equivalent of a southern mad preacher, you act as if its our fault Jedi is avaliable to all, hello heard of SOE? I thought not... The thing is I don't want to become BH, commando, spy, medic, officer, smuggler ent or artisan because you told me to, the combat profs are not my style, I'm a terrible dancer and I tried shipwright, I have the organisation skills of a tax eater. So let me be Sith and play Shamanos the way I want to, George Lucas sucks, I'm making a wookiee Jedi alt just to **** him off.
Like I said...and always have said...Pansies with the glowing sticks....So I created one...and I think whatever way you cut it....it is by far the easiest class to play. Even at low levels...this class is pretty good for grinding...PVP is something I may investigate one day, but to be truthful...while having some depth. It's not a hard class to figure out...grab a stick...hit target until it falls down. Oh yea!...use a force attack or 3....and with a finger twisting key stroke I hit the IWINZ button! No but in all seriousness...It is fairly easy to play and it is over powered as a class compared to the others. I find myself getting into mutiple combatant fights than not...not my usual MO. I already have the resources for my saber...this just might get fun...but I would have liked more of a challenge for being a Jedi, but alas I have waited until now to post because I KNOW NOTHING on this subject....that has yet to stop me....so here's my post.

JediForge; Jedis saber block was not increased by 10%. Its ranged defence was reduced from 85% to 35% and it now also has a melee defence of 35%. With attributes and mods this can be increased to around 45%. Its defence is Parry it cannot defend against AOE attacks and it has no effect on dodge.
There is nothing more stupid than the topic "There were no Jedi in this timeline" Infact in the films we saw 3, and if you use something called an 'imagination' (this is fantasy after all) then there could easily be more.
Plus if we remove Jedi to be more "canon" (whatever that means in a fantasy universe). Then we must remove all Mandalorian armour, I see more Boba Fetts running around than I do Jedi!
Also the medics never entered combat and were only in medical labs, so all medics should have fighting ablities removed and not be allowed to leave hospitals.
Commandos have to all be clones and be no match for Ewok weapons and specials. (like the unstoppable rock throwing ability)
Oh and as the game is four years old, based on the 'timeline' the Sith should be wiped out now and Luke a Jedi Knight. Actually that would mean that he would start training Jedi so we could have loads of Jedi in the game.
