Im going to be getting LOTRO today, can anyone tell me what a good servere with very good population good comunity etc would be?also will my pc handle it?

Servers are all the same. You might wanna get some more RAM.
no "might" about it! Anything less than a gig of ram is gonna suck large and less than 2 gig is gonna yield only average performance. Be prepared for LONG load times and much lag.

i have a new PC coming in about 3 weeks a nice high end PC so ill be fine with the lag i played Vanguard when he was first released ill be ok for a bit.

You should be fine on low settings until your new PC comes. You might have to turn down the game engine speed too though.
