First off: This probably would have been better in a new thread because it is technically considered a necropost (check the post date before your post) however since it is a legitimate question and you're new I'll cut you some slack.
To answer your questions: Are you talking about the EU version of the game or the US? I'd imagine you are talking about the EU version, especially considering how bad the US "collector's" (Special) edition sucked. Anyways, I think the collector's edition in EU did (at launch, now not so sure) actually included a lifetime subscription to the game so you should be good if you enter that code.
The closest thing to a WHM would be the Minstrel IMO. Although even then that is pushing it since the normal class lines are a bit more blurry in LotRO. For example a Minstrel is probably the main healer, but Captains (to an extent) can heal too. Lots of classes also get self heals which are decent, and Lore masters can actually transfer health/power (Mana) to another class if they want. Minstrel is probably closer to RDM tbh, and there is no true WHM. Captain is a little harder to place... SMN/WHM (when combined with avatars) is probably closest, but again the class lines are so blurred that trying to do a X class in lotro = z class in another game is much harder.
