Few quick questions on this post:

1) I read that you like to have screen shots of the items. If I were to fill up the screen with all sorts of items and sent that to you ... could that work?

2) I read in your FAQ that there is no "wowreader" for LOTRO. I'm thinking it's due to the EULA and the lack of UI support. However, can a .exe be written to read the database once we are offline so as not to violate any EULA?

3) If I were to submit to you a series of screen shots, will your team sort them and check to see if they aren't duplicates?
