Suddenly i cant seem to attack, my secondary attacks are disabled, can someone tell me why?

sounds like you hit the safety lock key, have a look in the options>keymap>target i cant remember what they call it now, but it should be easy enough to pick out

i think the safety lock key is the y key, can't remember exactly, but there is also the possibility that you have the wrong weapon type equipped for the applicable special attacks.
