What is the key one hits to target the mob the main tank is attacking?
In your fellowship's vitals (on the left of your screen) there is a little white circle attached to the right of the person's icon. This is the assist key. Or you can target the tank, and hit 'f'.
If you are a minstrel or need to be healer is is quite helpful to target the mob, hit 'f' to see who the mob is attacking so you can heal more efficiantly

Id like to point out that you can assist NPC characters in instances. This is a huge help in quests such as Twisted Heart where the NPC helping you will attack mobs randomly-- especially mezzed ones. By only fighting 1 mob at a time and assisting the NPC it will make many quests much much easier.
