i tried to get the naboo space station special mission which if you complete them you can land at the emperor's retreat. I flew up to the space station and asked if they needed help with anything and they replied with no there is nothing at the moment they need assistance with. How am i supposed to start this quest?
I believe you are rebel....you need to be imperial.

i am an imperial and iam part of the imperial inquisition. I want to do this naboo space station quest because i want to be able to land at the emperor's retreat
the station should of automatically offered you the mission at some point b4 you needed to land at the cross dressers...........sorry emporers retreat.
I'm not sure and not had time to check my sources, but i think if you turn down the mission and dotn try and get it again before you reach a certain point you cant get it, but dont hold me to that im unsure.

you now I'm going to have to land at emporer retreat to get a laugh or a smirk...don;t think I have seen cross dressers in the game....not that there is anything wrong with that....just don't expect to it see in a game...and I gotta go and snicker like a school boy....LMFAO!!

cant think of any cross dressers myself but there are nudists.... for example jabba and chewbacca....
Anyway, back to the op.
How far through your training are you? The station will not offer you the mission after a certain point, box nine i think. In any case, you should finish tier 1, but not have started tier 2, to get the mission. Also I think you need to start the imp theme park to gain acsess to the starport once you are on the ground, but i'm not 100% on that one.
Oh yeah, you don't have to go far to see cross dressers in game, there's guys wearing skirts everywhere. I wouldn't be too surprised if some of those ents weren't ladyboys either :).

Sorry, looks like you will have to travel to the retreat by land then. The mission can not been done once you speak to your tier 2 trainer :(.
