I feel like trying to make a video clip of my online game, but I don't want to shell out $200+ for a program I'll use once every six months. I *think* there are probably cheaper programs out there that do a decent job, but I think I need help finding them. I've been trying to find some online reviews, but no luck so far.

Does anyone here make videos, and if so, what do you use? What are the good/bad points of it? Does it require anything special in terms of processing speed etc.? I have a 256mb graphics card right now, is that enough?

Oh, if anyone knows of a good article or review site, please let me know too.

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Pinnicle does a great job. For $130 you get the software and the actual hardware "speedbump" to bring in RCA, firewire, or Svideo signals from an outside source too,
