nothing really just says u are on the good side of the rebels. like any of the factions it doesn't make a diffrence.

here is what it used to mean but no longer does cause of the changes of gcw. before gcw you would add up faction points to get rank. it would take so many faction points to lvl up so you would rarely have 5k in points. also when you might want to change sides you would have to have postive faction points of the side you were joining. now you just wait 5 days and your all set. when they changed the gcw they did away with all of this and a couple other things.
