i think theres an option for a little ui box you can moive around the screen.

check the options menu

The option is avaiilible on the in game menu...I use it all the time. I track my frame rate to track my connection speed. Sorry....habit from my job. There are also apps that you can download and run in the backround to track this as well. FRAPS is one on the more well known, they both work well. I use the in game one, so I don't take any processes away from the game...a habit I picked up with a single core processor days. I think you vid card software will also have a frame rate meter, but that I'm not sure about.

Go to the misc page of your options, the option is called show network status window, i have put this up all the time.
