Terrorist Codes: Killing Terrorists

I am supposed to kill Terrorists on the outskirts of Anchorhead to continue on my quest for the Rebel Alliance, but I am unable to because I cannot fin the correct terrorist that has the codes. I have tried killing as many as I can in the group of them, but alas I only have 4/5 and a negative faction approaching infinity with thugs. Can anyone shed any light as to which terrrists carry the codes and which ones do not.

im an imp so i have not done this quest...

but im guessing its a smilar set up as other quests where you have to kill a group of what eva untill you get the pieces to what you are looking for.

If it is and i maybe wrong, its randomised and you just have to keep on killing untill you get them all.

I think there are two types of terrorist on this mission, and one drops the codes more than the other, but I can't remember which sorry. I had most luck getting codes when killing the terrorists that spawn nearest to the waypoint.
