Newbie question on item text colorFollow

So on today's update I noticed:

[lotritem=5727]Galadhrim Boots[/lotritem]
[lotritem=5736]Dragon-Scale Leggings[/lotritem]
[lotritem=5732]Spiked Hatchet[/lotritem]

Which is of the highest quality item, and in what order do they go in?

Orange
Purple
Yellow
White
Grey

Its not so much "Order" as in the color means how RARE the items are...

[lotritem=5732]Spiked Hatchet[/lotritem] are obviously better then White because White is whatever is bought from Vendors or drops that are junk.

[lotritem=5727]Galadhrim Boots[/lotritem] are more rare then Yellow items...BUT that does not mean they are better...obviously Level 45 Boots are better then Level 30 Boots

Light Blue Items are Ultra-Rare, they do tend to be better then Purple, but only if thier of the same level. Obviously you have to account stats into the equation.

But for the most part Light Blue > Purple > Yellow ...but like I said...that varies on level item and stats.
