User Interface Set-upFollow

Hey just wondering why some people have two Target bars for opposing players really. They have their bar, plus one for the player they are targetting and then another for something lol - does anyone know why they do this? Or has done this?

Its all down to how you play the game, i use the said feature of two target bars. The main one ie the single one you use is my designated target, the second one is my mouse over target so i can keep an on other targets, players etc without having to change my designated target.

I hope that makes sence, it made more sence in my head that it looks like it does on screen lol :P
