Bugged Mark of Courage

I just completed my mark of courage quest and the piece I gain from it does not contain the "No Trade" sign on the item like the other do. Is this meant to happen or am I just lucky I can trade it?

KEEP IT NOOB. if you have a house it is nice to display it. plus just about everyone i know has one or more of the depending on how many toons they have and how many accounts.
