Quit a legacy quest, am i screwd?

I was beating the legacy quests than i got to one where i was tiemd for 15 minutes where you got to get some things from a cave the thugs or something, i was talking to my friend and i died and i had 11 minutes left so i quit the quest, and now i can't get it back from the guard who gave me the quest, can i get the legacy quest back in any way?

i would try talking to someone who you have talked to and see what quest they give you.

on a side point why do so many people keep getting there quest deleted. if you fail a quest, witch is something you will probley do a lot don't delete it. just do it again or do it later. i got quest that i have from over a year ago that for whatever reason i havent done yet. i don't delete them i just leave them in the journal and get back to it later. there is no limit of quest you can have in the journal.

lol...what ever planet you were on has a historian. find him and speak with him and you can restart the quest, or contact SOE with the "h" key and fill out the information that they ask you. most of the time the quest historians are at the main starports like theed or at mos eisley.

Ok when i press H it minimizes the game and open IE7 and says connecting and never connects, also the historian is nowhere to be found, looked all over.

i know a historian was outside the mos eisly cantina back part but not sure if he's still there or not.
