well im assuming you have done the basics and checked your internet connection havn't you??

If not well there you go, theres your problem lol.

If you have and your T'nternt connetion is in place and operating as it should which i am assuming as you have posed here lol

But last time i had it i found that for some reason internet explorer was set to work off line, now that had no effect on the Firefox i personally use as a browser on my main machine, or many other of my internet relient programs, but launchpad for some reason did not like it. try checking that.

If not it may be some sort of firewall issue

I have tryed everything that is here, my IExplorer is set to online, firewalls are off, ports are opened in router, yes; internet is on, Iexplorer is default browser, don't have vista, other computers on the router can connect to SWG/Launchpad, can't connect to it on other routers, if anyone knows of a solution to this, plz either email me at walter_massey@hotmail.com or reply here

yeah they are doing maintinence on all servers it willl be like that till 12:00
