Hey all.
I left SWG like a lot of people shortly after the NGE hit; but i had already switched to a seperate server to my original and levelled another character to 31.
So, my original TKM, MSmuggler was respec'd to Jedi (shock :P) but pretty much left alone, stuck on Lowca as a lvl 80.
Well, after a long journey in FFXI, Planetside, Guild Wars, LotRO and many others, i just came back; and depending if i can get back into the game now memories and bitterness have faded, i may end up staying.
But i have a few problems, if you guys could please offer suggestions?
First and foremost; i'm an utter newbie Jedi who is only 80 because it wouldnt have been nice to make us start from scratch.
Puts me in the position of pretty much "Huh, well, where do i go now to get those last 10 levels?"
I have Rage, but i never bothered with ToOW. Maybe if i decide to stay long enough to justify it. Most of the quests from RotW are pretty much untouched on my Lowca character, so i imagine they are probobly my best bet.
The second problem; i am a UK player on Lowca, a primarily US server, which means i rarely see anyone else before 10 at night. Let alone have enough friends on to group for a quest that needs more than one person.
Any tips on quests pre-ToOW that are solo that could get me to 90?
My Jedi isnt badly kitted out for a level 80; shortly before i left i joined a kind Guild that was nice enough to give me a Master Cloak; and i have a 4th Gen 950 DPS saber. Not the best setup, but not the worst.
Is there anywhere i could go to pick up some nice gear for my Jedi as lvl 80? (clothes with stats maybe? powerful crystal? scematics for a more powerful hilt?)
Also, anyone know the cooldown time for switching Factions? I left the Imps, earned 233 Reb faction, but keep getting told by the Major that they know i was recently an Imperial. Just wondered when i should check back, since aparantly its over 10 RL hours.
Any help anyone could offer would be great.

well to switch sides you have to wait 5 days and have postive points in the faction you are switching i belive.
as for jedi your not that bad off, better then i was. if you want a good hilt then your best bet would be goto rustess and kill the hand. she is a lvl 120 jedi so bring some friends along, plus you have to be fraction alinged to go in rustess. that is the best schem i belive out for jedi now. grinding the last 10 lvls suck but if you haven't done legacy quest yet go ahead and do it. for you it should take no time and be easy as pie. you get easy creds plus you would probley gain about 2 to 3 lvls with no effort at all. after that start grinding on what makes you happy the most. i did gauls on dat and evil shamens on endor for most of my grinding. kashyyk is also a good place to lvl and do lots of quest if you have done none there, also musty would be another if you got the expansion for it. on my server i find most of the people haning in eisly or at rustess space port, so if your looking for people check thoes places. i'm sure someone would be willing to help out and give you a hand. if all else fails play your new toon and ditch your jedi and have a good time.
