You have opted to pay £8.99 (inc. Tax) every month using WorldPay.

'Every month' meaning i HAVE to pay every month or can i cancel before the actual billing of another month??

Yes it is quite a retarded question but just to make sure :]

they "bill" you on the first day of the month from when they bill...so once you pay, its basically buying the "Next" however many days of play.

Technically (and turbine has stated this specifically) if you cancel your account, your characters may be deleted and you are not guaranteed the same price (but that was more for beta...i think the price is going to stay at what it is).

Just so you know it saves more money buying a 3 month or a 6 month plan though, and the charges would still be on thier next billing cycle, or something, im tired i dont know.

Oh, and before you worry, the "may not save character" is largely a 'cover your ***' move by them so they're not responsible for five year old cancelled character data when someone decides to return to the game and is upset that their lvl 3 hobbit is missing.

Any MMORPG I know of has the same policy. They won't intentionally delete but they aren't going to guarantee that the data won't be corrupted either.

And just to add a little more, if you cancel subscription before the end of what you paid for (a billing cycle), your account is still active until that time is used up. You don't get a refund, or credit from that moment you have canceled from.
