Spending faction points

Seriously...where do I go to spend faction points? All Allakhazam says is that I can spend them to get armor...but not where please help

hey.. u cant really use faction points enymore.. it has been replaced with that u have to be a certain rank and then u buy the things WITH credits.. so.. faction doesnt really do enything.. but earn restuss rebel commendations or imperial.... then u can get armor at the bases at restuss (imp or reb),,, and u can get weapons.. (GET THE SHOTGUN!)
