TRACKING DEVICE LOOT ITEMSFollow

I was just wondering, after over 2 years in the game i still havent come across the quest giver that lets me turn all the component loot items into the actual tracking device. Anyone out there point me in the right direction please?
Is it not one of the loot kits from the junk dealer npcs?

The tracking device quest was part of the now-defunct Village quests for crafters. You would get the schem/crafting kit from a "gadget specialist" that you can find behind the Starport in Coronet, Correlia. Once assembled, it was able to track fallen sattelites that it was your job in the quest to intercept and loot. Of course, bad guys would spawn at the crash sites, ect. I do not know if any of these quests are still available since the NGE. I am guessing not, but you never know until you try!
Well just goes to show what I know about the ground game lol,
Mind if i pass, give me a question about ship chasiss or space stuff :P
But i do know none of the old village quests are open, its gone, depsite our hard work defending said village every 4th phase, unfortunatly the 5th phase the hell no i won't grind..............well unless its a FOTM finished the village off lol
Althou the village it was not all for nothing come chapter 7 the village shall return as a township (with prob a shuttle port i mean you dont want them having to drive out there now do ya! Althou O.K it not as much fun now its just a drive and not that life or death are we gonna make it all the way to the village this time trip dath used to be) and hopefully that will be fun and with new shiney toys for us all to play with and be l33t about lol

Many thanks. Since i have the full lot i'll head on over to C'net and have a look-see if the npc is still there. Then i'll drop the parts in my stiorage vendor to be forgotten about for another year or more. Sorry it took me this long to respond, i havent been able to use my comp for a while
