My hotkey bar seems to have disappeared. I've searched through the Options area and couldn't find anything to turn it back on. I'm new to the game and it's tough playing without the hotkeys...
Has anyone seen this before and/or know how to correct this problem?

You accidentally dragged the hot bar off screen. It's there.. around the edges somewhere. Try to pull it back to the center if you can. If not try upping your resolution to find it then bring it to center and turn your res back down.
