Where is the best place to grind for blue dye...I getting rediculous in the number of NPS's killed and only 1 box of orange patches and a bunch of threads...it's starting to get annoying.

There is no 'best place' to grind for this. It is a random drop. My suggestion would be to check people's loot vendors. You can generally pick one up somewhere. Just depends on wether they want a rediculous price for it.
