I'm starting a petition asking that SE focus on making new and creative Final Fantasy content instead of cow-towing to the teenage fanbois who never played the originals and only want to see Sephiroth remodelled on their HDTVs. Sign below!

Need an email address for each signature, though probably doesn't need to be a valid one.

Let it the fuck go already. If you want to play seven again so damn bad, then go play seven, and leave your dumb ideas in your head where they belong.

#16REDACTED, Posted: Oct 07 2007 at 1:07 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) All an online petition shows SE is there are a few hundred/thousand fans that REALLY want the remake. They want it bad enough to go through the trouble of signing the petition. However, these super fanboys are all just good for one copy each and will not justify the expense of undergoing the massive project.

I'd rather see FF,Ff4,and Ff6

FF7 was kind of...not very good. Sorry to offend any fanboys, or even regular fans.

Although, I myself have an FF that most others aren't particularly fond of... FFVIII

I'd like a remake of that in HD, with the story re-written a bit so it doesn't suck to high hell. Maybe even make a whole new combat system, frankly I wish every rpg used Grandia's Combat system(Grandia Xtreme to be precise, although Grandia Xtreme isn't very good storywise - it had the battle system which was most fun to play)

I want an FFIX remake, because that one kicked major ***. VII was... meh.

Everyone has their favorites and least-favorites. I personally enjoyed them all but FFX was definitely the dud for me. FFVII was a good game but everytime I walk by an Elvaan named xXSephirothXx it makes me want to hurl the discs out my window like a frisbee.

What do we need a remake of THAT for? Even in its original form, it's already a remake.

lol, The issue is certainly not if it would sell or not, trust me. You'd have to be a moron to not understand it would be a blockbuster seller, regardless of how good or bad it is. And because of that fact, it's inevitable that it will happen, one way or the other. As to when it will happen, who knows.

I'm against it btw.
