Can a Noob get some help with attributes?Follow

Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum and just got this game a few days ago. I'm already in a corp. and ready to get into this game...but....

I can't seem to get my attributes right. My character seems to be great in some skills but seriously lacking in others. Could you help me out? What would be a good layout.

I'm hoping to eventually work my way up to being a pirate or bounty hunter, and pvp on the sides.

What's a good layout for a soldier or special forces?

thats the great thing about Eve. over time you can learn EVERY skill in the game.

your starting skills are actually not that bad, but not knowing your race it would be a bad idea for me to say 'get XYZ skill' like getting armor resist skills if your caldari

but ya. the LEARNING skills are ***** important since higher attribute points lets you learn even faster. good place to stop is lvl 4 for each, personally i like lvl 5 on the 6 basic skills and lvl 4 on the 5 adv skills

then the ship bonus skills (mechanic/hull upgrade/shield management....) that give +5% hp to shields/armor/hull are good or lower the cycle time on repairers

or even going straight weapon skills is good to. weapon upgrades - lowers the CPU cost of guns/missiles so can put more on
