It's good that you have the default setting of no items.
Because melee was always so much better without them, and I imagine the same can be said about Brawl.

I really like items. They aren't balanced in any way shape or form, but they are fun and frustrating. Something I tend to like in fighters, keeps me playing longer.
I think I have everyone up on the list.
Check to make sure. Recruit more people if you know anyone else that would like to play. Everyone is welcome.

I don't stand a chance without items because of my Canadian lag, but I'll try nonetheless.
You can play with items in the swiss rounds if both players agree.
Ok, I'm going to go ahead and close first round registration up. We've got 16 players so this will shape up nicely.
